What is the cost of shipping?

We provide complimentary shipping for purchases with a minimum amount of $199 USD. Purchases below $199 USD are subject to a flat rate of $20 USD shipping fee.

Do you ship with duties and taxes included (DDP)?
We ship all orders to the United States and Europe on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. For all other regions, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are managed in accordance with your country’s local regulations. These are handled directly with your local customs authority upon arrival.

How long does it take for my orders to deliver?

Orders are sourced from the US and Europe, delay might incur during peak and holiday season. 

United States & Europe: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch

International Orders: 10-15 business days, depending on your exact shipping address

Delay in delivery may also occur due to pending payment verification, customs clearance, weather conditions, reduction of air cargo capacity and city lock-down measures imposed by the local government.
